Introduction
This article demonstrates how to install your Monsta FTP license to activate the upgrade.
Prerequisites
- A Business or Host Edition license (purchase or trial now)
Steps
1. Click the icon in the top-right corner and then click the icon.
2. Paste your license into the box, as you see below, including the top and bottom lines, and click the "Complete Upgrade" button.
3. Assuming the upgrade was successful, you should now see the date your license is valid to. If this step failed, please see our troubleshooting section below.
Troubleshooting
If your upgrade was unsuccessful, please check these requirements:
- Is your /mftp/license folder writable by the web server? Find out how
- Is OpenSSL enabled in your PHP install? Find out how
If you still can't install your license in the app, you can try manually installing your license.
